Your celebration

Host it. Don’t work it.

The best parties happen at home, but someone usually ends up stuck in the kitchen. Not this time. I plan the menu with you, do the shopping, cook on site and serve, then leave the kitchen clean.

Menus range from seated multi-course dinners to family-style spreads for the table, a coastal Italian supper, a Latin and Caribbean evening, or passed bites and a charcuterie board while guests arrive.

From a client
“We hired Chef Mark to cater our gender reveal party for 25 guests, and he exceeded every expectation. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I can’t wait to call him for our next event—highly recommend!”

Planning your experience

Questions, answered.

What kinds of events do you cook for?

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers and reveals, family reunions, rehearsal dinners and at-home entertaining for clients.

Plated or family-style?

Either. Seated multi-course dinners, family-style platters, or passed hors d’oeuvres and stations, depending on your guests and the space.

Can you provide a bartender?

Yes, I can bring a bartender to serve the drinks you provide. I don’t supply liquor or bar alcohol.

How far ahead should I book?

The standard notice is two weeks, and exceptions can be made. Naples season, October through May, books quickly, and holiday weekends and February–March dates fill first.
